These Terms of Purchase govern all transactions made through stopthespinning.com by The Purple Banana Effect LLC. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America.
1. What You Are Purchasing
The Clarity Session is a 90-minute, 1:1 coaching session with Grace Mahoney conducted via Zoom. Your purchase includes:
- One 90-minute Clarity Session via Zoom
- A custom vision map sent after the session
- Full session recording
- A personal Voxer voice note follow-up from Grace within a few days of the session
2. Pricing
The Clarity Session is priced at $497 USD. Payment is processed securely through ThriveCart using Stripe. Buy Now Pay Later options (Klarna, Afterpay) may be available depending on your location.
3. Scheduling
After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a Calendly link to schedule your session. Sessions are subject to Grace Mahoney's availability. You are responsible for showing up at the scheduled time.
4. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
All sales are final. No refunds are offered for The Clarity Session. If you have questions about whether this session is right for you, please reach out before purchasing.
5. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of 1:1 coaching and the time reserved on Grace's behalf, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once payment is processed. This applies regardless of whether the session has taken place.

6. Results Disclaimer
The Purple Banana Effect LLC cannot and does not guarantee specific results from The Clarity Session. Outcomes vary depending on individual circumstances, participation, and willingness to engage with the process. Testimonials shared on this site reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed.
7. Not a Medical or Therapeutic Service
The Clarity Session is a coaching and intuitive service provided by The Purple Banana Effect LLC. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or psychological counseling. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek support from a qualified professional.
8. Confidentiality & Anonymized Use
The Purple Banana Effect LLC treats all session content as confidential. Session recordings are for your personal use only and may not be shared publicly without written consent.
The Purple Banana Effect LLC reserves the right to use anonymized content from sessions for educational and marketing purposes, including but not limited to:
- Written quotes and testimonials
- Screenshots of messages (with identifying information removed)
- Voice note transcripts or audio clips (anonymized)
- Breakthrough stories and case studies
No identifying information — including your name, photo, voice, or other identifying details — will be shared without your explicit written consent. You may revoke consent for anonymized use at any time by contacting us at manifest@iamgraceharmony.com.
9. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by ThriveCart and Stripe. The Purple Banana Effect LLC does not store your payment details. For payment disputes, please contact your payment provider directly.
